Mikadie Joyce-Bates
I am a family dispute resolution practitioner specialising in high conflict and complex family and child-inclusive mediation. High-conflict parents present special challenges for mediators. For these parents, a more intensive intervention is often needed to help them maintain boundaries that protect their children from ongoing conflict. I work in co-operation with parents to craft parenting plans and property & financial settlements that help to minimise conflict and empower separated parents to take responsibility for the important decisions in caring for them and their children’s future. I also mediate in a range of other matters, from workplace issues, employee relations disputes, wills and estates, property and commercial disputes
